General Terms
1. Agreement
These General Terms govern access to websites, learning portals, and related materials operated by Flowly Fluxon Institute for visitors and paying participants in Thailand and online. By using our services you agree to these terms.
2. Services description
We provide cohort-based technical education, mentor reviews, workshops, and admissions support. Materials may include downloads, recordings where permitted, and live sessions. We may update schedules to reflect instructor availability or facility constraints.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials. We may suspend accounts that share access broadly or disrupt cohort learning.
4. Intellectual property
Curriculum, labs, rubrics, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or automated scraping is not permitted.
5. Conduct
Participants must treat staff and peers respectfully. Harassment, discriminatory conduct, or attempts to compromise lab systems outside defined exercises may result in removal without refund except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
6. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use, including lost profits or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for proven direct losses is limited to the fees paid for the specific cohort giving rise to the claim unless a stricter minimum applies by law.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction subject to non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer.
8. Changes and contact
