Flowly Fluxon Institute, 1315 New Road Bangrak, Bangkok, Bangkok, 10500, Thailand, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site and related learning portals.
2. Data we collect
We collect identifiers (name, email, phone where provided), organization details, billing references, technical logs (IP, device, browser), cookie signals described in our Cookie Preferences, and content you submit through forms or classroom tools.
3. Purposes
We use data to respond to enquiries, administer cohorts, deliver mentor feedback, improve materials, secure services, and meet record-keeping duties. Marketing messages are sent only with consent where required.
4. Legal bases
Processing relies on contract performance, legitimate interests (such as securing platforms and improving curricula), consent where applicable, and legal obligations.
5. Retention
We retain educational records and billing artifacts as needed for operations, disputes, and regulatory timelines. Technical logs roll off on a staged schedule unless preservation is required.
6. Processors and sharing
We use infrastructure and communications vendors who process data under agreements. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside Thailand use safeguards compatible with applicable transfer rules.
7. Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to risk, including access controls and monitoring. No method is perfectly secure; please report suspected issues promptly.
8. Your rights
Subject to Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable law, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You may lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
9. Children
Services target adults and professional learners. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental authority as required by law.
10. Updates
We will post changes here with a revised date. Significant changes will be highlighted to active cohort participants when practicable.
