Logistics

Do you stream every lab?

Core labs are hybrid. Some drills require physical presence for kit handoffs; we publish which blocks are onsite-only at enrollment.

Can teams attend together?

Yes—request a team worksheet. We cap shared breakout rooms to keep mentor ratios honest.

What is explicitly not included?

We do not provide job placement, personal hardware, or paid vendor exam vouchers. Legal advice is out of scope.

Are recordings unlimited?

Select sessions are recorded with consent. Some tabletop exercises remain live-only to protect participant candor.

Will you critique my employer’s architecture?

No. Bring anonymized samples only; we refuse to review live customer systems inside class.

How fast are mentor responses?

We target two business days for written feedback, slower during Thai public holidays.

Is everything in English?

Instruction and rubrics are in English; admissions can clarify Thai-language logistics.

Do you rank learners publicly?

No public leaderboards. Private rubric scores only.

How do installments work?

Installments, when offered, are listed with totals on the invoice—no hidden balloon steps.
