Capstone: Incident Desk Relay uses a three-color markup system. Green highlights crisp timestamps, amber flags vague verbs, and blue marks kindness issues—dismissive tone gets the same weight as a technical miss.
We share anonymized samples (with consent) so cohorts see what "good enough under pressure" looks like. The goal is repeatable quality, not theatrical praise.
